Security Guard Training consists of a 40 Hour Syllabus mandated by the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.

SecuriGARD Canada training program is designed to allow you to study independently. However, should you have questions regarding your training, or any parts of it, qualified trainers are available to give you personal assistance and coaching. You can contact your trainer, by toll-free number or by email, anytime, any day.
You can complete your program in as little as 5 days or take as long as 3 months if you prefer.

I signed up on SecuriGARD Canada Security Guard Training Program in the spring of 2010. Shortly after I gained my security guard license and began working in security. Complete or renew the application for the Ontario Security Guard License

All individuals who are looking to obtain an Ontario Security Guard License must meet the following requirements:
1) Be 18 years of age or older
2) Be entitled to work in Canada
